MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Albert Kim is the Managing Principal of Padgett Business Services of North York East.  He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Throughout his eight year career in finance, Albert has worked with mid-sized to Fortune 100 companies.  Previously, he was the Controller for McClymont & Rak Engineers, Inc., focusing on strategic operations, corporate governance, risk management, and cost control.  Albert was also an Accountant with the Corporate Finance Department of SYSCO Canada, Inc., monitoring accounting (GAAP) and tax compliance, analyzing financial information, and performing appropriate internal and external reporting.  Prior to that, Albert began his career in the financial services industry as a Financial Analyst with different brokerages, and as a Hedge Fund Accountant with CITCO Canada.

Prior to Padgett, Albert owned his own consulting firm, focusing on small business tax, accounting, and business advisory.  Leveraging the wealth of resources and streamlined processes of Padgett Business Services, Albert delivers full service and complete value to his clients.
